One of the most important and productive areas of action of the City of Athens Development Agency S.A. are European Programmes. In the previous four years, AEDA has given special weight to development, reinforcement and expansion of European Programmes, which have increased the Agency’s productivity and the flow of important financing from European Funds.

The European Programmes materialized by AEDA concern many sectors, such as the environment, culture, cleanliness, greenery, recycling and urban regeneration. The above distinguishes AEDA as a valuable partner and technical consultant to the City of Athens, as it submits and manages financial proposals from the Community Support Frameworks, while it constitutes the Agency as a very effective instrument, a multiplier of development, by which the City can successfully materialize its policies for the prosperity of the City and its citizens.
